Selected from premium ranges with all the latest innovations built-in, our vision was to create an offering we would love to enjoy ourselves - and do! Our park owners are regularly on-site and accessible to lodge owners. There's an enviable, relaxed ambience with a community of like-minded lodge owners building. Pop and visit us to see more and you may bump into one or two of them to say hello and ask them about the park - they are our best ambassadors and will help you get a feel for the park and area.

Surrounded by picturesque landscapes, as you drive in to our park you will realise that it really is in the heart of the North Yorkshire countryside, with views on the drive in over undulating countryside. Every lodge has views over our lakes, and we currently have front-line lodges for sale and lodges to appeal to most budgets. We have resident swans, and our owners enjoy watching the wildlife throughout the seasons in our grounds and on our lakes.

Our location places you in a peaceful spot but with so much to enjoy nearby that you'll be in your element enjoying your new holiday lifestyle! From visitor attractions, history and heritage sites, places to eat and local amenities, we have plenty to enjoy nearby. Nestled betwixt the North Yorks Moors, Howardian Hills and Yorkshire Dales, with York, Helmsley, Malton and Harrogate all nearby, you'll be in James Herriot country and Heartbeat territory with the North Yorks Moors Railway on your doorstep. The North Yorkshire Coastline and the coastal towns of Whitby and Filey are also a great day out from our location.

With further plots available to choose from with no lodges on yet, we can offer a unique opportunity to bespoke your own lodge and plot from a choice of leading manufacturers with our support and help. We have a 12-month holiday licence offering access to your lodges at any time of year, and the park feels settled, quiet and peaceful. Every lodge here is built to a residential standard, so they will be be warm and toasty in winter, and cool enough for comfort in summer.
